The ECB Archives hold records from:
In line with the ECB's commitment to openness and transparency, as well as to enable and facilitate research, PDF copies of the records we have released are available to the public.
Access to ECB documents and records is governed by Decision ECB/2004/3 of 4 March 2004 on public access to ECB documents (OJ L 80, 18.3.2004, p.42).
You can, by arrangement, examine ‘open’ documents from the ECB Archives on site (normally only copies are made available). If you wish to do this please contact the ECB Archives at least two weeks in advance in order to make an appointment. Please state the subject of your research clearly so that we may identify all potentially useful documentation and ensure its availability. Please note that on-site visits are subject to the visitor rules for access to the ECB Archives (see top right for link) and that the Archives can only be visited on Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. CET, on ECB working days.
